Inclusive Partner 2026

We have received the bronze medal for the “Inclusive Partner 2026” award presented by the EPI (Public Institutions for Integration).

The EPI is a Geneva-based public institution whose mission is to promote the professional integration of people with disabilities or facing challenges by working closely with local businesses. Through the “Inclusive Partner” award, they recognize organizations that are actively committed to a more inclusive and responsible economy.

This recognition reflects the work we do every day with the beneficiaries of our support programs, including:

• The integration and support of people from diverse backgrounds
• The creation of internships that promote equal opportunity through our collaborations with committed partners

In practical terms, this commitment has specifically taken the following forms:

• The onboarding of six interns in employment integration programs through 2025, via our partnerships across various departments – POMEC, logistics, technical services, and reception – and we are continuing this effort in 2026 with two interns who have been with us since the start of the year

This award, the result of our partnership with Thélia, actively contributes to strengthening our inclusive approach and developing concrete actions on the ground.

The award was presented to us during the official ceremony on March 16 in Geneva, which brought together nearly 180 companies and organizations committed to advancing inclusion. It was a highlight, rich in exchanges and inspiring initiatives.

Our concrete and lasting commitment to a more open work environment, where everyone can find their place and develop their potential.

This recognition encourages us to continue and expand our efforts.
