Designed to delight every palate, the new menu showcases inspirations from across the globe: sea bream ceviche with lime and pomegranate, grilled ribeye with Argentinian flair, crunchy vegetable wok with soy, Thai-style beef tartare – alongside local favourites like Geneva burrata, vegetarian risotto, and fattoush salad.
